Aujourd'hui, début de la Summer School of Disobedience, passé du temps. La photographie un peu plus proche, un peu plus jubilatoire, presque un plaisir.

"Project"

This after the doc class's first session on editing:

The unexpected thing is that :
things take shape and do become. Something. Photos get taken, editing can take place, things start to become visible, and a narrative (or a "story", the tech term but one which has advantages in deflating the narrative demand itself) knits itself. Something that has to do with the projected, but is largely unexpectedly, discreetly happening under your feet. Building the road as you walk along it. You sit back and are gently amazed at what comes up. It's not you and you had always been this. Ce je rétrospectif et en-avant de soi à la fois. Temporalités du travail de découverte. Recherche.

and that :
a dynamics is created, of its own accord - je suis cette énergie et elle n'est pas moi mais tout libre et liberté grande et la vie qui traverse. Love that. The freedom from identity.
Les timidités, pénibles, qui se désagrègent par étapes, par le simple effet de cette poussée.
Parfois.
(N'empêche la difficulté des plateaux où les choses sont en arrêt, l'imagination obtuse, etc.)
